Gorgeous views of the lake and volcano from the comfort of your room! the common areas are rustic and inviting. the breakfast is amazing with many delicious options!
The location is a bit too far from the nearest town and there are no good options for walking. although the room was very clean and spacious, the pool was small and seemed to be in need of cleaning.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The view of the lake and volcanoes was amazing. The hotel facilities were clean, modern and had a rustic feel. The breakfast was great and the staff were patient with my limited Spanish.

The views were amazing, you could see the stunning volcano in the background from the comfort of your room. The amenities were also fantastic; they had free coffee and tea and a mini buffet in the comfortable lounge. The location was superb, with lots of animals around. We especially loved the lake, and it was just a short walk away.
The staff was not very friendly, and we didn't feel very welcomed. We also had to carry our luggage down a lot of steps, which wasn't easy.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during our family trip. the hotel had a stunning view of the lake and surrounding natural beauty. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities and antique touches that added character. the service was excellent, with friendly staff and a delicious breakfast with homemade bread and real ground coffee.
The area surrounding the hotel didn't seem to be well-maintained and we noticed some litter on our morning run.
